Is this really free?
Yes. The 4-hour live masterclass is completely free. Optional Pathfinder Pack (£9.99 early bird, rises to £49.99 after 5 days) includes the replay, workbook, and XER files — you'll be offered this only if you want it. No catch.
How much does Cohort 3 cost?
Cohort 3 "Pathfinders" (starting Monday 1 June) is priced at £700 standard, with an Early Bird of £599 until 18 May. Attendees of the free 18 May masterclass receive a 72-hour flash offer at £699 — exactly 50% off the Cohort 4 price. Cohort 4 and every cohort after launches at £1,400. The Pathfinder flash price is the last time this programme will ever be offered at this level.
Do I need Primavera P6 installed?
No. You can attend just to watch — the session is valuable either way. If you have P6 Professional installed, you'll get even more value by following along.
What version of P6 do you teach?
P6 Professional Client (the Oracle desktop version) — used on 95%+ of construction mega-projects. Concepts transfer to P6 EPPM (web version) as well.
What if I can't attend the full 4 hours?
The session is structured so each block stands alone. Come for what you can. A replay is available via the Pathfinder Pack (£9.99 early bird, rises to £49.99) for 48 hours after the event.
I'm a complete beginner — is this too advanced?
No. We start from "opening P6 for the first time" and move forward. The DCMA 14-point section in Block 4 is the only part where beginners may feel stretched — and that stretch is the whole point.
Will there be recordings?
Yes — but only for Pathfinder Pack holders, and only for 48 hours after the event. Free registrants get live-only access. This is deliberate.
Can I ask questions during the session?
Yes. Use the Zoom Q&A panel. A co-host will surface high-value questions to Francis between blocks. Francis also stays on for 15 minutes after the session ends for live Q&A.
I'm already on Cohort 3 — should I still attend?
Yes. Cohort 3 "Pathfinders" Troopers get early access to the Pathfinder Pack content and can use the 18 May masterclass as a warm-up before Week 1 (1 June). It'll also let you see Francis's teaching style before the cohort starts.
