The True Troop Consulting Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

01Who we are

The True Troop Consulting Ltd is a UK-registered company (Bristol, United Kingdom). Dr Francis Osadare is the Data Controller responsible for the personal data we process.

02What information we collect

When you register for the P6 Pathfinder Masterclass or any of our services, we collect:

• First name and email address — to send you the Zoom joining link, calendar invite, and event reminders
• Country of residence — to localise communications and understand our audience
• Optional role description — to tailor session content to your professional context
• Marketing preferences — your consent to receive future communications from us

We do not collect: phone numbers (unless you contact us directly), payment information for the free masterclass, browsing data beyond essential analytics, or any sensitive personal data.

03How we use your information

We process your data on the lawful basis of your explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for the following purposes:

• Sending you the Zoom joining link and event communications for the masterclass you registered for
• Sending you reminders before the event starts
• Following up after the event with replay information (if you purchased the Pathfinder Pack) or details of related cohort offerings
• Sending occasional educational content related to project planning and Primavera P6, where you have opted in
• Improving our training materials based on aggregated, anonymised participation data

04Who we share your data with

We share limited personal data with the following service providers, all of whom have signed Data Processing Agreements with us:

• GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management and email automation platform
• Zoom — for delivering the live masterclass session
• Google Workspace — for email and calendar invitations
• Stripe — for processing optional Pathfinder Pack and Cohort enrolment payments (we do not see or store your payment card details)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Ever.

05How long we keep your data

We retain your registration data for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications, plus a 12-month grace period in case you wish to re-engage. After that, your data is permanently deleted.

If you purchase a course or product from us, we retain the financial transaction records for 7 years as required by UK accounting law (HMRC).

06Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the following rights:

• Right of access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — correct any inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request that we delete your data (the "right to be forgotten")
• Right to restrict processing — limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by emailing us

This website uses minimal cookies — only those essential to the site's function. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregated, anonymised visitor patterns. Analytics cookies do not personally identify you and can be disabled in your browser.

08Data security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, password-protected admin systems, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits. While no system is perfectly secure, we treat your data with the same care we would expect for our own.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy will always reflect the current version.
